Michelle Horlbogen Bio
Two days after reporting ethical concerns to her employer, Michelle was fired.
Six months later, she launched her website and podcast as a platform for
whistleblowers and targets of workplace bullying and retaliation. As a writer,
podcast host and speaker, Michelle helps people who have been targets of
workplace bullies find their voice by leading with transparency about her
own experience, making herself accessible to them as a mentor,
writing and sharing empowering material and content about workplace
abuse and board accountability, as well as speaking publicly and virtually
on the topic. Michelle, in addition to being an autodidact, also has an obsession
with vintage clothing and fashion and sells what doesn’t fit on her website,
The Red Velvet Shoe Vintage.

"I trained and worked in the broadcasting industry in the 90's. It's apparent you are putting a lot of thought to your brand, how you present your brand, how you look 'on air'...on the web..., and the amount of preparation you put into your podcast before you go on-air. It shows and it looks and sounds good! I like your humility too :)"
~ Michael Lapointe
"Your story greatly resonates with me and I would love to follow your journey!! You are inspiring!!!"
~ Brenda M.
"I feel so empowered by just reading your LinkedIn profile...thank you for being so strong and empowering to others who have lived through such ridiculousness. You inspire me to help make change and bring light to this subject so others do not have to suffer as we did. Rock on, Rockstar!"
